We had order for two person set @ RM14.50 per pax, it comes with prawns, dumpling, fish meat, pork ball, fish ball, tofu, veges. Besides that, we also ordered a side order of an extra pork ball (RM5.00 for 10 pieces) & fish ball (RM5.00 for 10 pieces). Face To Face Noodle House (面对面) @Klang

我们一直等待的这一刻… 当我们面对面…
The moment we are longing together...while we are face to face...

Looking for a place to have noodles especially a local favourite ‘Pan Mee’ ? Face to Face Noodles House specializes in ‘Pan Mee’ so you would be seeing customers in this restaurant having it most of the time.

One of the top seller and recommended dish was the Traditional Sarawak Noodles (RM5.60) a.k.a Sarawak Kolok Mee. When I saw it on the lunch menu, I had to order it. The noodles were served with some lean char siew (BBQ pork), minced pork and pork balls. If you're spicy lover, this is just right for you coz they have specialty on dried chilli for more oomph~~ The specialty chilli was crunchy, fragrant and rich in prawn flavour. The chili really is mouth-numbingly hot for me. My verdict on the noodles here will be just nice.

Mango Pudding

It has been a long while I didn't make pudding, so I went to the store to buy the Happy Grass instant Fruit Bean Curd brand pudding powder. They come in various flavors, but my favorite is always Mango ! I admit that this pudding is simply irresistible!

Ingredients required :

1 packet Happy Grass Fruit Bean Curd Pudding Powder
1 can(400ml) evaporated milk
100gm sugar
3000ml water

Method to prepare :

1. Boil 3000ml of water, add 100gm sugar and 1 can(400ml) of evaporated milk.
2. After boiling, turn off the flame. Pour in Fruit Bean Curd Pudding Powder.
Stir for 5 minutes.
3. Add fruit sugar and mix well.
4. Pour into moulds.
5. Set in refrigerator.

That's all...simple isn't it! I've just topped them up with kiwi slices.

New Boston Restaurant @ Klang

Having dinner at New Boston Restaurant with my boss & colleagues to celebrate our birthday-boy colleague, Kevin who is celebrating his 24th birthday. We reached there around 7pm and the place was packed and all tables were fully occupied. In fact we had to sit at tables across the street from the restaurant.

Having waited so long we were glad that our food finally arrived. Our dinner comes with...

Steamed Lala
Steamed with fried garlic, cili padi, ginger and rice wine, the lalas were so fresh and juicy.

Ginger chicken

Nestum fried mantis shrimp
The mantis prawns cooked with corn flakes.

Sam Sin "three seafood" on sizzling plate
The prawns, squids and fish were fresh.

A surprise "sweet" after dinner!
Happy Birthday to you Kevin ^.~

p/s: to avoid for being waiting for dinner to take a very long time to be served, better go early before u are really hungry.
